SHIPPING POLICY

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
• Shipping timelines may vary slightly during peak festive seasons.

Delivery Timelines

• Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
• You will receive tracking details on your registered email/phone once the order is dispatched.

Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts.
• If the order cannot be delivered after 3 attempts due to unavailability or incorrect details, it will be marked as “undelivered” and returned to us.
• In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, strikes, or natural calamities.
