However, in the rare case that something doesn’t go right, here’s our simple and transparent policy:
Returns & Refunds
Returns are only applicable if:
- The product is damaged on arrival.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- Customers must raise the return request within 24 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video (unedited, without cuts) is mandatory for verification of claims.
- Once verified, we will process either a replacement or a refund as per your preference.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Email at livintrends.lit@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with your order number and the unboxing video.
- Review: Our team will assess the video and confirm if the return is eligible.
- Return Process: Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps to receive your replacement or refund.
Exchange & Cancellation
- We currently do not offer exchanges or cancellations, as all our candles are custom-made and hand-poured on order.
- Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.
